Christmas fun from the iPhone

Mom took the girls to a sweet Christmas gathering in Waverly where they got to make an ornament.
The nativity in Waverly has always been a favorite for Payton.

We went to Christmas in a Railroad Town and even saw Elsa.
Payton's Christmas list changed every time she was asked. An electric scooter wasn't mentioned until she heard a friend say it, and it instantly became the stop of her list.

My friend Anne and I had a cute cookie decorating party at school with coworkers. We had a fun photo booth set up that was a huge hit.

Anderson seemed to like the jolly old guy a little more this year. It took a few times visiting him in the mall to get candy and he realized it wasn't so bad after all. I still bust out laughing every time I see the picture from last year.

Jesus is the reason for the season! These nativity shirts just looked precious on them!

Family tradition going to "Redneck Fantasy in Lights" in Camp Hill.

The kids were so excited to decorate. This was before Mommy and Daddy went on a day date to the Auburn Alabama game and Payton insisted on a picture.

Our beautiful new outdoor decorations courtesy of Daddy!

We went to Fantasy in Lights the Friday after Thanksgiving. I think we had a group of around 30 who went together. It was so much fun and the kids loved it. Anderson was a little afraid of Frosty though.

Christmas Card pictures

Every year I swear I'm going to pay someone to take out Christmas card picture. This year I put it off as usual. One morning I decided to throw some clothes on them and take them down to our neighborhood bridge and trails. They actually cooperated amazingly!! We had some outtakes, but I was so proud. I ended up loving the one we used on the card....and we saved money not having someone do them for us. Win, win!

The winner!

Paige and Skylar's Wedding

Paige and Skylar asked the girls to be flower girls in their wedding in November. They had been looking forward to it for months. They did such a great job, and the wedding was absolutely beautiful.

This is an attempt to keep Anderson quiet during the ceremony.

Funny story about Harper- We had been encouraging the girls to walk slowly as they were tossing the petals. She meticulously tossed every petal in the exact place until she ran out. That's when she took off running to the top of the stairs. I wish I had a video of it. It was hilarious!

We had a hard time convincing the kids that the dance floor wasn't just for them.

We are so happy for Skylar and Paige and wish them many years of happiness.

Veteran's Day

Payton is quite patriotic. First graders sang at our Veteran's Day program, and she wanted to invite some of her favorite veterans to her school to be honored. She was so proud to have them all there!
